Have you watched the video on how to search for manuals and have you searched the Downloads section prior to posting this request? (yes or no): yes

Hello I am looking for the service manual for the jenn air range JDS9860AAP but it has to have how to put the unit into service mode when it does not have a cancel button thank you

I checked out the Whirlpool website and the service manual and 2 tech sheets they have for this model have you using the cancel button. Is it labeled as something else on the one you are looking at? Maybe the Stop/Clear button?
