Kenmore 110.45872 402 Front Load HE3 washer F02 code

Our Kenmore Front loader HE3  110.45872  402    is displaying a F02 code.

My son checked the ohms on the drain pump and it was 16.  It was getting 120 to it also.  Is this the correct reading?  The drain pump would run when he checked it , but he was wondering if it might be running intermittently if that is a thing they tend to do before they go bad.  He doesn't think the drain is clogged, it sounds like water is moving through it and he checked the drain trap.  We haven't yet unhooked it from the back to spray the hose out.

We are using HE Tide.  We did use the washer quite a lot yesterday.  Before I figured out what was happening, I would find it flashing F02, but when I pressed pause it would flash 25 and I would press start and it would finish.  Then the 2nd or 3rd time it wouldn't start up again.

We discovered that one of the shock absorber connections is broken so the front right shock absorber isn't connected, but we are guessing that isn't the F02 problem.

We replaced the Control Motor(I think that is what it was called) several years ago with help from this site.

Thanks

Slow drain. Did you clear the drain filter?

Unplug unit...

When you unscrew filter cover and clear it stick your finger in the pump and feel and try to spin impeller of pump to ensure it's not stuck.

Yes, the impeller was spinning.  Drain and filter are clear.  The pump motor is now making noises that are not normal.  I ordered one and we will install it when it arrives.  Thanks for the help.
