Bad model number, mf12568aew. Should be mfI2568aew- the letter "I" vs. the numeral "1". 

Uses same tech sheet as this model

my apologies on the model, looks like when i put it into Repair clinic it atuo-corrected to MFI instead of MF1, whithout my noticing it

No problem-- I's and 1's / O's and 0's can be hard to distinguish on some model number tags because of the font they use.
