KitchenAid KFIS25WVWH00 main control board reset

I would like to enter the main programming procedure on this fridge, but the control panel does not have any fridge/freezer temperature up/down pads as required for this procedure.

Consulted the repair literature/technical information from the little packet attached to the underside of the fridge section, it seems to apply only to a Maytag control panel and not a KitchenAid.

Anyone know how to access this pads on the fridge please?

Maytag and KitchenAid are both Whirlpool. The tech sheet does definitely show a dispenser control board in the circuit- if the unit does not have electronic controls, what DOES it have?

 KFIS25WVWH00 does not come up on Service Matters, but KFIS25XVMS00 does.

"Resetting" a control board is usually the act of unplugging it for a period, then restoring power.
