Roper model rs22aqxmq00 in line filter?

Water from dispenser has an off taste. I don't think this model has a filter does it? Seems odd but I don't remember ever changing one. I tried looking online and keep seeing reference to a filter in the bottom grate that 1/4 turns out. Maybe that's a newer version because I don't have one there. I thought I'd ask before I pull it out to check the back.

I do not see one listed for this model either.

if you do not have one as part of the fridge, you can add this one on the water line.

Part number: 4392949

I would replace the reservoir with a long length of 5/16" tubing or that water is gonna taste funky for a while, filter or no filter...

Those are the answers I expected...thank you guys. I thought I was Correct that there was no filter and figured I could add an in line one. And while I was in there I may as well just replace the tubing coil anyway. Is there a part number for that? Or would big box store like home depot have some water line ...I assume just make a new big coil like what's there now.
