temp controls not working on Kenmore c968-63471-1

My mother's temperature controls do not display on her stove

 Oven turns on but the temperature is not displayed. She has tried fuse change, eesetting by shutting breaker off and unplugging. Any ideas. Thanks

What is the pcb? Thanks for the quick reply.

The Printed Circuit Board, it is most often referred to as an ERC (electronic range control). Unfortunately, I cannot do a part search for Canadian suppliers... but use your model number to search for a new ERC, or main control board... it is the part that has the digital numbers displayed on it.
