Kenmore washer 110.22994101.  IN SEARCH OF MANUAL AND/OR ADVICE 

Early symptom: When using cold/warm setting washer stopped filling mid cycle. Customer reported that stop/start (push in-pull out)  timer completed the fill  Had to repeat on/off operation several times to complete cycle. Timer advanced after that. Hot and cold water available.

Current symptom: Only cold water fills. wash cycle will complete.  Warm water not available. Timer stops when using warm settings

Because the timer advanced after physical nudge, I assumed it was the timer. Is this a control board issue or timer issue?
