I searched this model number and it comes up as a refrigerator.  I have a microwave that doesn't heat.  I'm looking for a wiring diagram, tech sheet or services manual.

One of the games Kenmore plays is information blockade. So to get tech literature, you'll need to convert it to a Samsung OEM equivalent model number. One way to do this is by using a key part, like the control board, and seeing if you can find a Samsung model that uses that part number.
