Whirlpool dishwasher GU2700XTSS1 doesn't start

need advice for my Whirlpool dishwasher GU2700XTSS1

 

The dishwasher doesn't start the wash cycle.  When entering diagnostic mode it displays the code d3.  Any advice appreciated.

I forgot to mention that it fills but doesn't start the wash cycle, and no lights are flashing.  I did the Normal/heated dry x2 sequence AND GOT THE D3 CODE.

d3 is just a generation version of the dishwasher, does it drain?

Yes, it drains when I push the cancel/drain button.

You are going to need a meter to check for voltages, you either have a bad wash motor or control and or possibly both.

I have a multimeter.  can you post the procedure for testing, or link to a video, please?

do you have the wiring diagram that is in the toe kick plate, you need to check voltage coming out of board and or at motor, I do not have wiring info in front of me

Looks like p5-p9 on the board for power to the wash motor 120v

I don't have the sheet, but  I'm saving the thread and will refer to it when I test.
