Samaung DW7933LRASR/AA won't turn on

Today out of the tasks today was not to see what is going on with my Samsung MN DW7933LRASR/AA SN Y45HG9MCC00737Z, I loaded the dishwasher, hit on and start, and after a few seconds, all is dark.  I go to try to turn it on again, and nothing.  Checked the breaker, nothing tripped, so as I look at the wire box underneath find that some water must have got there, because there is a bunch of melted fun.  After I clean it up, putting new wire nuts in and verifying the electricity is still available, still nothing.  Not sure where to start, but need to know where to start checking.

Thanks Appliance Masters...

Do you have a voltmeter? Are you comfortable testing live circuits?

Nothing on 1/3, 3/5/ 3/5, on either the board side or the connection side.  verified 120 still supplied at outlet box.

Now you need to see if voltage is going into noise filter and then coming out.

If you have voltage in and not out you need this a new filterPart number: DD29-00006A

Thank you all!!

not sure how, or if some animal, or just the vibration worked it loose, but one of the connectors for the filter was just hanging there.  Plugged back in, all is back to normal.
