Hi!  We ordered a new light switch for the refrigerator door, but somebody's husband got distracted while watching Kentucky lose their game, and did not pay attention to which wire was which, on the old one.  One wire is solid red, and one is red with a white stripe. What to do?  Man it will be nice to see inside the refrigerator again instead of the black hole of calcutta. Don't ask me what happened the time he taped the light "on".  Melted butter all down the door and like an oven inside oops.  He's really good at other things though!

If there is only two wires and two terminals it should not matter, as long as either wire will fit onto either terminal.
