Doesn't seem to be a valid model number. Doesn't pull up at RepairClinic.

That's interesting. I put it in RepairClinic the second time and your right it says 8 models matched mine yet none are the same?

I had the customer text me a picture of her M# S# tag and sure enough it is no doubt about it. MF12269VEM3
