Hello - I removed and checked hoses for blockages - dollar coin was removed.

I reassembled everything and still got the "ND" status.

I bought a new pump and replaced - still "ND"

Disconnected the wiring harness to the pump.  Started the spin cycle.  Measured between 12-14V (AC).  What should be traveling through those wires?

What should I try next?

many many thanks.

Peter

What does the pump say on the label for voltage? I would guess a washer pump would need 120v to operate so If no 120v then I would say control is the problem or wiring issue.

120V indeed.  Thanks for your reply.  Much appreciated.
