      All Appliantology tech members are invited to join in the conversation for all things Appliantological: bidness, customers, tools, troubleshooting, flavorite brewski, whatever. Webcams and microphones are open and live!
      This event is also a great time for any students at Master Samurai Tech to bring any and all questions about the coursework. We're happy to walk through any concepts you're having trouble with. Think of it like office hours with your teachers.

when I go to this screen, there's no box to start a new topic

@Dishlexic contacted us via email and explained that he is a DIYer who purchased the Professional Appliantologist membership. Only Grasshoppers may start new topics in the DIY forum (since it's for DIYers and PA members should use the tech-only forums). 

Since Professional Appliantologist membership is only offered to professional appliance repair techs (as clearly stated on the membership purchase page), we immediately refunded his money and invited him to post his question in the DIY forum.
