After pressing any button on this induction cooktop it gets an error code EO 31. What does the code mean and what needs to be done?

Do you have the tech sheet?? 318200282????...I found it on line ...took about 15 seconds.....

Unfortunately, someone removed the tech sheet.

By the way, as a service to anyone out there who may have issues with this product, I found the service manual at manualslib.com for free. The EO 31 error is a problem with the left side power generator board or the connections to it.
