Have you watched the video on how to search for manuals and have you searched the Downloads section prior to posting this request? (yes or no): Yes

Looking for a service manual/diagnostics please.  

I don't see many GE appliances in my area, so I'm not really familiar with GE.

Based on my searches I'm not sure what GE is doing with this model number, I'm not familiar with the model number format. (Profile, SXS, H?,  normal depth, 6?)

Customer complaint is intermittent cooling. Water on floor, warm FZ, customer kicks machine, FZ temps heading back down to 15F.

Intermittent condition makes me really want a proper manual before I show up.
