LG Washer WM1355HW have to flip breaker to get it to come back on

I am working on the above washer.  The machine will run through a complete cycle fine. Fills, pumps, spins, etc.  When totally off, it will not come back on unless you cut the power to it, then restore power to it.  Thought the GFCI was bad, replaced it.  The washer is the only thing on the circuit.  Check the circuit breaker, it has 120v coming through it.  Washer doesn't trip the breaker. You just have to flip the breaker off and then back on, or hit the GFCI. If you run the cycle, powers down, you can turn the display back on within about 2 minutes before the said problem occurs. Checked for loose connections and shorted wires, didn't find any. Also, no water leaks. Thanks in advance for help.

Main Board failing.

Thank you. The bigger board at the bottom of the washer? Or the smaller one up top where the power cord plugs into?

At the base of the washer (bottom).
