We have a Kenmore Elite dishwasher that is holding water in the bottom and has no power. We have verified there is power from the house.

If it were me I'd suck all the water out with wet vac. Then I'd ensure no clogs in drain line or impeller/sump area. 

Then I'd move to the control area and determine if the control board is receiving power and then sending power out to say the pump.
