No experience with commercial dishwashers. 

 

Original compaint it was not holding water. 

When I arrived it would not  drain the water. 

How do I determine if it's the drain motor or the control. I'm not even sure how to access control board. 

Any wisdom would be greatly appreciated.

Btw this design appears to have a diverter or something to switch from circulation to drain.
