My freezer stop working but fridge is still cold, so I did some trouble shooting and noticed that I got twos fans not working the compressor fan and the fan inside the freezer, so I tested them with a 9v battery and there both bad. My next move was to see if I was getting voltage out of the main board to the fans and nothing no voltage coming from the board. My question is would the two fans not working prevent the freezer coils from getting cold, even if my compressor in ON.

NOPE.

but the fans not working would make the compressor labor to keep temps and the cold air would not be distributed around the FZ compartment.
