I have a WFMC6401UC/02 Bosch washer that drips some water. I've changed the seal and the detergent dispenser appears to be clean. Drain pump is cleaned as well.

I sat and watched it, and it appears to come out of the detergent dispenser, then follow down the washer onto the ground. What could be causing this? There do not appear to be any cracks and, like I said, the dispenser seems to be clean and free of debris.

Thanks in advance

I am not familiar with American Bosch washers just the European ones, I often find that when I have looked

at all the obvious places for a leak and still can not find it  I will look for the pipe from the soapbox to the tub,

It is usually a rubber pipe with an accordeon bit in the middle, The rubber gets hard because of the soap

and splits. You probably have to take of the front part of the washer to get to it, Poor some water in the soapbox

from a bucket and run your hand over the outside of the pipe and see if it is wet and also try to stretch the

accordeon bit. Let us know what you find.

I think this is your part

If it is coming out of the dispenser? then change the dispense which comes with a new seal/gasket.

I actually used a seal/gasket from a spare part I had lying around from a model I dissembled previously - it was in mint condition, so I figured it was worth keeping.

Do you mean I should replace the entire detergent dispenser?

Just to clarify, the water seems to be overflowing the detergent dispenser and overflowing it out the front of the washer. Is the suggestion to replace it?

Make sure liquid detergent residue hasn't clogged the drain holes in the dispenser...
