Hi Scott, I don't know where to post this question but I was thinking if it would be possible to create a webinar on induction theory and how they function

I got a call on a Electrolux induction cook top model #E30IC80ISS1. With code E21 .according to the techsheet they are pointing to replace ESEC UIB OR FILTER BOARD due to a communication error, don't want to start guessing

Pending approval:

I just uploaded an Electrolux Induction Cooktop manual...  It may be a helpful primer before the Samurai decides to weigh in on the subject, it has illustrations describing the relation of different pan types and constructionin in regards to cooking, as well as a simplified explanation about induction itself, starting on page 13.

Good suggestion, Abe! I'll put it in the lineup of upcoming Office Hours of topics.
