Manufacturer: Gaggenau
Type of Appliance: Single built in oven
Model Number: Hbb045-6 or b0450610-6
Have you validated the model number at an online parts site like Repair Clinic? (yes or no): yes
Have you watched the video on how to search for manuals and have you searched the Downloads section prior to posting this request? (yes or no): Yes

Aloha! I have an error code of "E118". I looked online and it said it was a miscommunication between the display and main board. I replaced both boards and still grave same error code. I then tried operating it again in a bake cycle, and noticed the cooling fan wasn't spinning. I gave it a spin and then started again and it heated perfect and didn't throw that same error code again. I was wondering if anyone had access to this service manual because I want to make sure this is what's wrong. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Mahalo!

Welcome to Appliantology! I think the correct model number is BO450610. There should also be a slash after it with a 2 digit number that denotes the engineering revision, but the first part will probably be enough for locating the service manual. I don't have access to the BSH technical information, but there are others on here who do, so one of them will probably post the manual soon. This section is for getting manuals only, if you need help with the repair once you get the manual you should post in the Kitchen Appliance Repair forum.
