Front load washer not turning on - How to diagnose?

Press the start button and nothing happens - no lights, no nothing. Prior to this, it was working fine.

This is what i've done so far...

Using a multimeter, i checked...

1. Socket
2. Plug fuse
3. Power at the plug cable connector (which connects to the noise filter)
4. Power by back-probing the other connector of the wire that goes to the washer at the noise filter (check out picture below).
5. Random connectors at control board

What else can i do to find out where the problem is?

Take top off unit. Look for tech sheet follow testing procedures. Since you have and seem to be able to use a multimeter.

Yes and I'd start by verifying a good AC power supply right at the pin connections on the main board.

I have the service manual, but no testing procedure for no power.

At the main PCB: from the main relay, RY3, pin 2 (blue and white wires) to the heater relay, RY5, pin 1 (black wire).

Just tried it. One probe at RY3, pin 2 (blue and white wires) and the other at relay, RY5, pin 1 (black wire). I'm showing 0 voltage. Now what?

Now use the schematic to trace the circuit back and find the missing voltage.

Yes, the voltage measurement.

Also, could i get a little guidance as to how to go about tracing the circuit? I'm not exactly an expert...a fast learner nonetheless. Just a point in the right direction would be aswesome!
