Miele Dryer

I don't know if I can and where may I ask a question about a Miele dryer (T 8986 WP Softronic)? It's stopping and giving this message "Clean Air Ducts" (actually in spanish "Limpiar conductos de aire"). I don't have the service manual, and don't have any instructions in the user manual. Thanks.

This model does not come up in miele's look up, so I would suggest calling them. Their techline is fairly friendly and can assist in most cases.
