Bought an electric car the other day. Plugged it in to charge over night and all was normal I thought. Opened the fridge and it was lukewarm in both fridge and freezer. I thought the voltage dropped on the circuit and caused it because it started cooling again in a couple of hours. Searched Google to see if people had similar problem and all I found was to use a dedicated circuit for car charging. Anyways, I thought maybe it was a coincidence because after the next charge the fridge was fine. Then, after charging all night again, fridge and freezer stopped completely. After it didn't come back on for half a day I thought it was still a coincidence and my 20 year old Kenmore had finally died.

Went shopping for a new one and it is coming tomorrow. Then after about 36 hours the fridge popped on and it is working fine . It has now been fine for about 8 hours now.

Should I just replace it still or keep the old one that has never had any problems before this? I would hate to cancel it and have the fridge stop working again.
