Depending on where in the country you are determines who you can order parts from. Call 1-800-222-7820 and they will get you to the right distributer.

If you happen to have access to Whirlpool parts, the thermal fuse in a Whirlpool ice maker harness should work.

But the question remains, why did the thermal fuse open in the first place?

I was just thinking the same thing. I normally see them blow when the contacts wear out and cause the heater to stay on. I normally replace the whole ice maker as an assembly because I would have to warranty the repair.

modular icemaker from Sub-Zero doesn't come with the wiring harness... ( at least, it didn't before) part# 4200520

"Modular icemaker only, no harness or arm (use from old icemaker), plastic module under white cover (501f, 511, 532, 542, 550, 561, 590, 22IM, 201FD, 201RIM, 245, 249FF, 211, 241, 251, 2411, 2511, 361, 3211, 801, 700TCI, 700TFI)"

Might be cheaper to go all whirlpool with the replacement parts

I agree the ice maker must of went bad right when the heater was on causing the thermal fuse to blow . I replaced the whole ice maker Assy. And found the thermal fuse was open . Since from what I see it's a complete wiring harness not jus a short connector so I got a thermal fuse off a whirlpool ice maker and just butt splice it in and heat shrink over the butt splices and it should be good to go
