The microwave has power, but only a green flashing dash appears in on the display. Nothing else happens. Have tried new PCB Asm Sub, New Control board, & new Digitron, but no progress. Would appreciate any help. Thanks.

Did you ever find a resolution to this problem?  I ran into the exact same thing.  I tried the control, digitron, and user interface.

Do you have a video or picture of this issue?  If i am understanding the problem correctly you would need the board with the capacitors on them if its the same model the part number will be WB27X10858,  but more info will be very helpful in helping out further

I had a similar one and when i reset power to unitit would work once and when it was done the display went crazy and after a while similar status,  i actually replaced the capacitors on the board and resolved issue,  but it wasnt the same model but pretty similar
