 Customer has whirlpool duet front loading washer

Upon arrival the power button was lit green and anytime you press it you hear 3 beeps. Nothing else works nor the power button turns off.

Any reasons?

Sounds like you are a tech but you are in the diys forum? Also would need model number. I would highly advise you as a tech to become a professional member to gain access to all downloadable files and service manuals.
