Samsung DMT300RFB/XAA Dishwasher Flashing "Normal Heavy Quick"

Customer has Samsung dishwasher Model DMT300RFB/XAA.  It will fill with water but will begin flashing "Normal Heavy Quick" before it ever circulates the water.  If I power off and then on, it will first drain the water that is in the tub, fill back up, but again flash  "Normal Heavy Quick" before it ever circulates the water. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

water fill sensor on bottom left of unit. You should be able to search for service manual online or on here and it will tell you exactly what those lights mean. pretty simple fix and cheap part.
