Icemaker not producing anything - where to start?

Check that the temperature in the freezer is around 0 degrees fahrenheit first. From there check the icemaker, the water valve, and the tubing for ice blockage.

What ever happened with this: 

This might have something to do with it.

The temp is good, water pressure to the door spigot hasnt changed, and tubing doesnt have any blockage that I can see. I'm not sure what steps I need to take to check out the icemaker unit itself - does anyone know of a YouTube?

Check the toe grill at the bottom front of refrigerator. Should be a tech sheet on the icemaker, including test points, there unless someone has removed it,
