something got hot enough to melt the top side of the plastic shroud around the magnetron fan.  The heat  changed the plastic fan shroud's shape so fan can not turn.  I have cut that away and fan can turn now.  The unit buzzes when the door is shut and there is current flow to magnetron and capacitor from transformer.

Likely the high voltage  relay on the control board.

Thanks for the diagnosis, would this also cause a buzzing that seems much louder than normal operation?  by the way, I did check the door switches before I read this and they are all good.

plus, i see 12 relays stacked on the existing smart board and I see only 10 on the picture you included. My model number is PSA2200RWW 02  S/N VV300056K

I did just verify that the bottom left relay is shorted, RY14 M.G.T. , so ...good job! ... and please verify the board for me.
