All I can get on this one is the Owner's Manual. Has some troubleshooting info but no schematic.

Try contacting Edgestar directly and see if they'll hook you up. I've had success doing this with various obscure manufacturers. Just tell them that you're a servicer working on of their products for their customer who is anxious to get it repaired quickly. Most respond well to this.

Thanks, that was my next step.  This unit has a very interesting design to make ice.  I don't think it's so great, but it is very different.  

The unit is cold enough and makes ice, but melts in the bucket almost as fast as it dumps the ice.  The water flows over the evaporator and makes ice cubes into a honeycomb type reservoir which is virtical not horizontal.

Ive never seen anything like it.
