What problem are you having with this unit?  These units are bottom of the line el cheapo microwaves, usually the repair costs more than what the customer paid for the unit when it was brand new.

Haven't gone out on the call yet. It's mounted over the oven, so the customer wants to take a shot at repair first. Unit is completely dead.
