Hello,

working on repairing a Fisher Paykel DD603 that showed and F1 error.  I confirmed water stains in the bottom, near the sensor and dried drip marks on the back wall.  Appears to be leaking from the top lid.  See the video linked below.  Do I simply need to replace both upper actuators?

Lid actuators are a common cause for leaks, but not 100% of the time.  Yours sound weak but i'm just going by the video.

The lid normally will pull down evenly once the drawer is shut

those lid motors are the old ones although slow they are functioning ok

What your problem is , is seen in the video

the black lid seal is torn and hanging down in the back corner and this is where it will leak

Why is it torn ? I would suspect at some time the lid motor jammed in the down position and the drawer was forced open to get the dishes out and forced shut

this product would be in excess of 11 years old

What I do is pull and support the drawer, put into diagnostic test mode and raise and lower the lid. If one of the motors is getting power but not turning then bad motor. If the motors are moving but the lid is not closing properly then check for obstructions. If no obstructions then you most likely need the lid assembly.
