Customer complains FF box warm and now FRZ warming up too.

looking for how to get into and utilize the diagnostic features.

Looks like all the controls are on the freezer door

You have the 4-button touchpanel on this model so you'd need the WR00X2115 kit to enter diagnostics. 

FWIW, I hardly ever use the useless diagnostics on these models because you can do the same tests (better in the case of thermistors) from the main board. In case you're interested, the minimanual is here
