(yes or no): Yes Have you watched the video on how to search for manuals and have you searched the Downloads section prior to posting this request? (yes or no): Yes Have a food-left-on-dishes complaint on this unit. Nothing in sump. Customer using detergent pods and rinse-aid. Water valve replaced by previous servicer. Fills cup in upper rack in 45 seconds. Heater comes on during test cycle at appropriate wattage. NTC measures 46K at room temperature but minimanual gives no value range. Trying to figure out if heater may not be coming on during cycle.

DanInKansas Posted September 7, 2017 Author Posted September 7, 2017 Yeah, unfortunately the full manual takes me to a unit that uses a turbidity sensor, which this model doesn't use. The minimanual doesn't have resistance ranges. So there's no way for me to know if that sensor is right. It's probably just fine but I'm at a loss.
