Hot Water heater (electric) replacement recommendations please?

Hi-

I currently have a Rheem electric hot water heater model #81V80D that was installed in my condo unit 8/13/92 believe it or not. I'm looking to possibly replace it because I'm hearing that the life expectancy is 10-20 years on these units and I'm concerned about it giving out on us soon. My wife is complaining that when 2 people are showering in separate bathrooms at the same time the water is lukewarm.I've read that the 50 gal heaters are just as efficient as the 80 gal ones. I'd like another Rheem unit and was wondering if someone can recommend some replacement units?

I've been looking all over the net and the best I've come up with is a Rheem Marathon Short Unit. My current unit is 58" tall and 24" in diameter. I'd like at least a 10 year warranty.

Thank you-

The Applicable Warranty Periods are ten (10) years from the Effective Date for the heat exchanger and three (3) years from the Effective Date for the component parts if the water heater is installed in a single-family dwelling. If the water heater is installed anywhere other than a single-family dwelling or in any system in which the water is recirculated, the Applicable Warranty Periods will be limited to one (1) year from the Effective Date.

just so you know the warranty is for single family dwellings. That means a dwelling that is not attatched to another dwelling.

I would ask about that up front. The marathon model has a lifetime warranty.

Understood, I'm looking for some recommendations.
