Copy and past that model number into Repairclinic and tell me what you see. 

One of the characters in your model number is off. Model numbers are one thing that we techs pay extra special attention to, especially when characters can be mistaken for each other, like the letter O and digit 0, the letters I or l and the numeral 1. Details, man, details! That's the name of the game as a tech!

 Well I went to APP  and it didn't come up. But often times they don't have the higher end stuff listed. So I went to Wolf's website and put it in and it came up. So I thought it was correct.  But on a closer look I do now see that it is SO not S0 . Sorry :-/

 Cut me some slack! I haven't done that in like a year! :-)
