Voltage from the motherboard to the inverter board was measured at 7.8 volts.  Per your youtube video, you expect 4-6 volts.  Does 7.8 volts indicate a problem with the motherboard?  Overall behavior is that lights/fans, water dispenser are all working.  On applying power, there is a clicking for about 3-4 seconds, but the compressor doesn't come on.  I've yet to remove the inverter board to test resistance between the compressor contacts.

Thank you.

Also need to test for 120vac going into inverter. I believe orange and black wires.

The 7.8 v would not make me think the main board has failed. It is high but if I had speed signal voltage around 3-7 vdc, 120vac supplied to the inverter and the compressor pins ohmed out the same and are not grounded I would replace the inverter.
