Working on this 220 volts machine in Israel. Hot wired the heater , check safety micro 

switch and thermostats all good. Sat there for 45 minutes hoping the machine

will finish the first cold rinse and move to the heating stage, nothing.

Is there a simple service test procedure to quickly check all the component + stages of cycle?
