Looking for a Service Manual for a Miele Dishwasher-

M# G 4225 SCU

S# 61/101771229

Have found these- 

The latter does not seem to include this M#.

Miele manuals are a little different from the other manufacturers, all B&W, not photos, not as user friendly. The 4225 is one of the Futura models and it's service mode is covered in the first document you linked.
