Can I get a service manual for this refrigerator?  I have the Tech Sheet and try to put the refrigerator in Diagnostics but it doesn't except.  The fresh food section is warming up when it feels like it.  Of course, it is working when I'm their!

Thanks,

Wan

RegUS:  What I have noticed so far on this unit is; the freezer and fresh food temps were right on with the settings when I arrived.  I could hear the noise that the customer complained about and found that it was coming from the Air door.  I removed the air door and it was in the closed position and kept trying to close causing the pulsating noise that I was hearing.  I wanted to test the thermistors by going into diagnostics and found that it wouldn't go into diagnostics.  Don't you think that once the air door is closed that it shouldn't keep trying to close?  Or, is the air door motor working properly, but making noise now?  Any thoughts on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
