Okay I replaced the healing element and the fuse that comes on that panel and I also replaced he thermostir 

after doing that it worked great for like 3 weeks 

but the dryer now will tumble and it will run for about 10-15 minutes with no heat and it will have the led lights chasing each other and tumble but no heat then it stops 

what else could it be please

Clogged exhaust vent?

For the exhaust vent cleaning, look for a tool at your local hardware store. There are many different ones. Select one to suit your needs or call a local duct company and have the vent cleaned professionaly
