Thanks! This is the weirdest schematic-no key showing which timer contacts are closed or open during the separate cycles. Got it fixed-plastic part inside timer that pushes against contacts to make them close had a groove worn in it and didn't push out far enough.  That was a first..

Typical Whirlpool tech doc— short on crucial details. Good job getting it fixed despite the shoddy docs.
