If ignitor pulling 2.8 amps or better safety still not opening, not waiting long enough, alsoI see one of the wires is missing the ceramic cement holding it in body of ignitor.                        Is a dryer safety same as a regulator or is it totally dependent on electrical function ? thks

Model comes up as a Frigidaire. It needs to draw at minimum 3.2 amps to open the gas valve. I'd try replacing the ignitor first. It's the basic 5303935066, common as dirt.

Gas dryers have a completely different type of safety valve and depend upon a flame sensor and a gas valve with two solenoids. Your oven operates with a safety valve with a bimetal to open and close.

Accapp yes it was Frigidaire excuse, pls so I could test the oven safety as it is a bimetal. The word safety had me confused.

2.8 amps = out of spec. Replace ignitor. Test oven function.
