Kitchenaid Built In Won't allow diagnostics or RUN

I'm near finished this Kitchen aid Built In Refrigerator. Having the Main Control Board Rebuilt and solving 80% and after checking every connection, has left me with No Operation and a In-operable Diagnostic. The Diagnostic access is very intermittent and most of the time displays a 22 on the RC side. It will allow me to change sequence but holds this 22 in the screen. Strangely  enough I can at times access the diagnostics and operate every individual component Including the Inverter compressor but after I Leave the test, and Go to run, No Operation.

The 22 will come back of course. I am suspecting that this static interface is bad, but Have to be sure.  Can you possibly find out what this 22 means, because it is not mentioned anywhere in the units paperwork. I am missing a command here, but with the cost of this Control Box,  (Interface)  I would like to be sure
