Kenmore Dryer MODEL # 110.67032600 F1 Error

Customer has a Kenmore Dryer Model # 110.67032600 that was giving an F1 error.  The tech sheet said to replace the electronic controls.  I pulled the main control board and it had a burned spot in it.  Replaced the main control board and still got the error.  Then replaced the user interface board, and still got the error.  Checked to see if the element is shorted and it wasn't.  I am at a loss, any help would be greatly appreciated.
