lights only, not running, UI unresponsive, manual needed

I whittled the model number down to GI5S* and still only found two documents, neither of which addressed a no cooling, non running refrigerator. The UI on the door is not responding to any inputs, nor has cycling power. I have power to main board. Is there a service manual available to diagnose the main control board?

That should suffice just the same, thank you very much. I can use this to test DC outputs to the the UI, and check the voltage output to the fans and compressor.

Plus it has the programming instructions for the control board.
