They don't show that model on Speed Queen site. Do you have a serial number?

Here's the info on the machine.

Mfg August 2002 = > 16 yrs old

sn 0208016551

Alliance website says that is not a good serial number. The model keeps switching to a model SCE030NX

Well,  I get a parts diagram when I search on www.searspartsdirect.com and

a age when I use http://www.appliance411.com/service/date-code.php.

I will do more online searches for the manual on this model.
